No Address: A Story That Hits Close to Home
Beloved,
Some stories don’t just entertain—they pull back the curtain on real struggles, shining a light where the world too often turns away. No Address is one of those stories.
A few weeks ago, I shared my thoughts on the documentary Americans With No Address—a gripping look at homelessness in America. If you haven’t seen my review yet, you can find it here. But what you may not know is that the documentary was inspired by a dramatic feature film of the same name: No Address.
This powerful movie follows a group of individuals experiencing homelessness, navigating the harsh reality of life without a physical address. Inspired by true events, it’s a cinematic story of hope, resilience, and the undeniable humanity of those who are often unseen.
As someone who has faced homelessness due to domestic violence, this story feels deeply personal. I know what it’s like to not have a safe place to lay your head, to wonder where help will come from, to feel invisible in a world that moves on without noticing. And that’s why I believe No Address is more than just a film—it’s an urgent call to see, to care, and to act.
